These terms set out how Noble Nibble Ltd sells products through noblenibble.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or because we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Products are sold by the case of 24 x 30g retail packs unless stated otherwise. We photograph our products carefully, but packaging and artwork may vary slightly from the images shown.
Ingredient and allergen information is shown on each product page and printed on every pack. Recipes and suppliers can change, so always read the label on the pack before eating, particularly if you have a food allergy or intolerance. If you are unsure, contact us before you order.
Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, using the methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our delivery page for how we ship. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If you are buying as a consumer you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return unopened goods for a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because we sell food, we cannot accept returns of packs that have been opened, unless the product is faulty.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If goods arrive damaged, out of date or not as described, contact us and we will replace them or refund you in full, including your delivery cost.
Orders placed by a business for resale are business-to-business sales. The consumer cancellation right in section 8 does not apply to them. Specific terms for volume and pallet orders are agreed in writing at the point of quotation.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
