Crafted for discriminating tastes

Noble Nibble began with a straightforward frustration: snacking in Britain had quietly stopped being a pleasure. Shelves were full, and full of the same thing — ingredient lists you needed a chemistry degree to read, and flavours that shout on the front of the bag then vanish the moment you taste them.

We thought a snack could be better than that. Better for the person eating it, and better made.

It starts with a kernel

Every bag begins the same way. Whole-grain corn, heat, and a little patience. We pop in small batches because small batches let you pay attention — to how the corn opens, to how much seasoning is enough, to the difference between a flavour that lands and one that simply overwhelms.

Then we season naturally. Real chilli, real herbs, real citrus. Nothing engineered to imitate a flavour we could simply use instead.

Three ways to start

  • Sweet & Salty Heritage — the flavour we opened with. Golden sweetness against a clean edge of sea salt, balanced so neither one wins.
  • Chilli & Zesty Lemon — a slow chilli warmth behind a bright, sharp burst of lemon.
  • Peri Peri — chilli, paprika, garlic and oregano, built so the flavour arrives before the heat does.

All three are vegan, high in fibre and naturally seasoned. Each 30g bag is a genuine portion, not a handful of air.

Popcorn is where we started, not where we finish

Popped corn was the right place to begin. It let us prove the things that matter to us — small batches, honest ingredients, a supply chain we can actually see the end of.

Phase two arrives by the end of this year: a wider range of savoury snacks, made here in the UK, held to exactly the same standard. Same kitchen discipline, same short ingredient lists, same refusal to let cost decide what goes in the bag.

Healthy snacks, made in a healthy way

We think the phrase “healthy snack” has to mean more than what is printed on the nutrition panel. It should also describe how the thing was made.

So we keep our batches small enough to control. We source ingredients we can stand behind and ask our suppliers the awkward questions. We season with real ingredients rather than artificial flavourings. And as we grow into new products, we are building the manufacturing the same way round — deciding how we want to make things first, and scaling to fit that, rather than scaling first and quietly compromising later.

It is a slower way to build a snack company. We think it produces a better one.

We read everything that comes in — whether it is a question about an order, an ingredient query, or a shop that wants to stock us.
